Thank you for shopping at GSD HVAC. We want to ensure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at GSD HVAC. We have drafted our Return & Refund Policy to be clear and transparent, ensuring you understand exactly what to expect.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Conditions for Return

Since HVAC equipment is highly technical, the following conditions apply:

• Unused and Uninstalled: We cannot accept returns on equipment that has been installed, modified, or altered in any way.
• Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their factory-sealed, original packaging.
• Freight Shipments: You must inspect all freight shipments upon delivery before signing the receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info@gsdhvac.com or call us at +90 553 794 7579 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Carefully package the item with its original packing materials.
3. Include the provided RMA number clearly on the outside of the packaging.
4. Ship the item to our physical returns facility at the following address:

Return Shipping Costs

• Standard Returns (Customer Discretion): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (e.g., buyer’s remorse). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• GSD HVAC Error or Defective Product: In the case of any GSD HVAC based error, order mistake, or if a defective product was received, the customer will not pay anything. All return shipping and replacement costs will be fully covered by GSD HVAC. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate the pickup.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
